I'm finding this studio interesting. what is character? who does it relate to archtecture?
How do you find character? how do you animate it?????????????
first you have to define it!
I see the isolation, solitude of the building as the most pervailing characteristic of E.1027.
But what is isolation? How do you portray it in a graphical sense?
isolation - abstraction - recoil into oneself - womb like - the conncection to the human body
E.1027 is a reflection of the human body, as it is all about the body & how it interacts with the building
The character is also so intertwined with the character of Eileen Gray herself
What to do, what to do
so many questions at this point
